 Products will only be shipped to the address entered at checkout.  We do not spot check addresses for errors so please make sure your address is correct.

Shipping &Turnaround time:  (within the United States)

Your custom order will be processed and ready within 7-14 business days of order placement. Shipping is by way of USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail service.

All Items are insured 

Once we have prepared your order for delivery you will receive tracking to the email you have provided at checkout.

If you have more than one order number please be aware that you may in some cases not receive all packages in the order you placed it.  Your package is shipped according to what group of products we make first in small batches before being grouped out for delivery.This is why we require up to 14 business days.

Your order will ship 1-3 days after ordering if we have the extra products from a fresh batch recently made. WE ONLY MAIL FRESH MADE ORDERS.

We are not responsible for lost and stolen items. After you receive your tracking  from us USPS control of delivering your items. If you do not receive your packages please contact the post office to file a claim with them.

If you are concerned about tracking we sooo appreciated if you contact us at shopmonetcrochet@gmail.com about tracking if you have reached 14 business days from your original order date.

 If you make a International purchase  we do not cover any custom charges or additional taxes that your country may charge you if any. We only cover Fast shipping to you so you can start your healthy hair journey as fast as possible.

 Customer satisfaction is very important, all products are inspected prior to shipping to ensure they meet your specifications and our high quality assurance standards.

Due to the nature of this custom product all sales are final.  Returns are not allowed. If there is an issue with your order please contact us at shopmonetcrochet@gmail.com within 48 hrs of receiving your order.

We do not issue refunds once your order has shipped. If you meet the terms and conditions we will exchange or offer a store credit in the case of a manufacturers defect. We do not offer multiple exchanges. We do not offer exchanges if you do not like the specifications of which you chose and ordered, this includes but is not limited to size, color, texture and organic smell.
